Martina Larkin is authorised by the Insolvency Service of Ireland to carry on practice as a Personal Insolvency Practitioner. She has been a barrister before converting to a solicitor and became partner and Head of Debt Recovery in 2008 in Pierse Fitzgibbon Solicitors (www.pierse.ie). Martina is also an Accredited Mediator.
Martina operates from her Kerry base, but has clients nationwide. She has met with and advised the Law Reform Commission and the Department of Justice on the new Personal Insolvency Legislation in providing practical input based on her 15 years’ experience in the area of legal debt recovery experience. Understanding the wider issues of indebtedness, both social and commercial she brings her legal and mediation skills to PIPSolutions. While her experience spans the entire debt recovery process, Martina has particular expertise in the practice areas include the High Court jurisdiction advising clients on complex Bankruptcy and Forced Sale proceedings and Mareva injuction applications.
